Where are you located?

Valleybrook Country Club is located at 200 Golfview Dr, Blackwood, NJ 08012 — just 25 minutes from Philadelphia International Airport and easily accessible from all across South Jersey.

Do I need to be a golf club member to host my wedding?

No, our golf club is public, and we welcome everyone to host their wedding here.

What's included with my venue rental?

Every Valleybrook wedding includes full use of the Grace Ballroom, outdoor ceremony spaces, and veranda with gas fireplaces — plus a five-hour reception, open bar, champagne wall and toast, custom wedding cake, and day-of wedding concierge to handle setup, coordination, and clean-up.

You’ll also have access to our Wedding Suite and Groom’s Suite, event staff, tables, chairs, linens, china, and glassware — everything you need for a seamless celebration.

What is the capacity of your venue?

Our Grace Ballroom comfortably accommodates up to 220 guests with a dance floor.

What kind of outdoor spaces do you offer?

Valleybrook offers two stunning outdoor ceremony settings: Magnolia Lane, a tree-lined aisle framed by seasonal blooms, and Vows at The V, where couples say “I do” beneath our signature tree overlooking the course.

Afterward, guests can enjoy cocktails on the veranda, complete with gas fireplaces and an end-of-night fire pit that’s perfect for a cozy send-off.

Do you have a backup plan for inclement weather?

Yes. Our indoor ballroom serves as a seamless indoor ceremony backup if the weather changes. Our team can easily transition your setup on the day of, so your ceremony still feels just as beautiful and stress-free.

Can we bring in our own decor?

Yes. You’re welcome to personalize your celebration with your own décor, florals, and flameless candles to make the space feel uniquely yours.

Do you have getting-ready rooms?

Yes. Valleybrook offers a spacious Wedding Suite with vanities and mirrors, along with a separate Groom’s Suite.

What kind of lighting do you have available?

The Grace Ballroom features warm ambient lighting and elegant chandeliers that create a romantic glow throughout the evening.

We also offer uplighting enhancements to customize the atmosphere and highlight your wedding colors.

Who is responsible for the table and chair set up and tear down?

Our event staff handles all setup and teardown of tables, chairs, and linens.

Do you offer overnight accommodations?

We don’t have on-site lodging, but there are several nearby hotels within a short drive of the venue.

Our team is happy to recommend trusted local options for you and your guests.

Do you have on-site parking?

Yes. We offer complimentary self-parking on-site for you and your guests, and the venue is handicap accessible for easy entry to all event spaces.

Do you have an on-site coordinator?

Yes. Our Wedding Coordinator and Director of Sales work closely with you from your first tour through the wedding day.

They’ll oversee setup, coordinate your ceremony and timeline, and ensure everything runs smoothly from start to finish.

Can we hire our own wedding planner?

Yes. You’re welcome to bring in your own planner if you’d like additional support throughout the planning process.

Our team will work alongside them to ensure everything comes together seamlessly on your wedding day.

What is the timeline for planning a wedding at your venue?

We recommend reserving your date 12–18 months in advance.

Our team begins personalized coordination right after booking to guide you through each step of the planning process.

Is there a rehearsal included in the rental fee?

Ceremony rehearsals can be scheduled with our event coordinators.

We also offer rehearsal luncheons and dinners.

Do you have any restrictions on music or entertainment?

No major restrictions; amplified music is welcome in the ballroom or on the veranda.

Can we have a ceremony rehearsal on-site?

Yes. Ceremony rehearsals can be held on-site and scheduled directly with our event coordinators.

Can we have our ceremony and reception at different locations on the property?

Are tables and chairs included in the rental fee?

Can we bring our own alcohol?

Outside alcohol isn’t permitted; our licenses require service through our in-house bar teams.

Can we create signature cocktails?

Definitely — you can add your own flair with signature cocktails crafted by our bartenders. Select packages even include custom cocktail pairings or specialty stations like the Sangria Bar.

Are menus seasonal?

Yes. Our culinary team designs menus around fresh, seasonal ingredients, with rotating selections that highlight local flavors, so menus evolve throughout the year.

Do you offer late-night stations?
