Where are you located?

We’re located at 550 Country Club Drive, Egg Harbor City, New Jersey 08215 — just minutes from Atlantic City International Airport.

Do I need to be a golf club member to host my wedding?

No, our golf club is public, and we welcome everyone to host their wedding here.

What's included with my venue rental?

Blue Heron Pines provides everything you need for a seamless celebration. Your package includes use of the ceremony and reception spaces, tables, chairs, linens, china, flatware, and glassware — with all setup and teardown handled by our staff. You’ll also enjoy full in-house catering, a premium open bar, a custom wedding cake, and guidance from our Private Events Director throughout the planning process. On the wedding day, your personal wedding concierge ensures every detail runs smoothly. Complimentary on-site parking and a private wedding suite are also included.

What is the capacity of your venue?

Up to 200 guests (170 with a dance floor).

What kind of outdoor spaces do you offer?

Our covered patio and pergola overlook the golf course and wooded ceremony area, creating a beautiful open-air setting for ceremonies or cocktail hour.

Do you have a backup plan for inclement weather?

Yes. The elegant indoor ballroom serves as a seamless backup ceremony location if weather changes.

Can we bring in our own decor?

Yes. You’re welcome to personalize your celebration with your own décor, flameless candles, and florals.

Do you have getting-ready rooms?

Yes. A private wedding suite is included, available several hours before the ceremony.

What kind of lighting do you have available?

The ballroom features warm ambient lighting, chandeliers, and access to outdoor bistro lighting on the patio.

Who is responsible for the table and chair set up and tear down?

Our event staff handles all setup and teardown of tables, chairs, and linens.

Do you offer overnight accommodations?

We don’t have overnight rooms on-site, but we partner with several nearby hotels for guest accommodations.

Do you have on-site parking?

Yes. Complimentary on-site parking is available and the venue is fully handicap accessible.

Do you have an on-site coordinator?

Yes. Our Private Events Director and wedding concierge guide you through every detail from planning through day-of coordination.

Can we hire our own wedding planner?

Yes. Outside planners and coordinators are welcome.

What is the timeline for planning a wedding at your venue?

We recommend reserving your date 12–18 months in advance. Our team begins full planning coordination immediately after booking.

Do you have any restrictions on music or entertainment?

No major restrictions; amplified music is welcome indoors or on the covered patio.

Can we have our ceremony and reception at different locations on the property?

Yes. Many couples hold their ceremony under the pergola and their reception in the adjoining ballroom.

Are tables and chairs included in the rental fee?

Yes. All standard tables, chairs, and linens are included.

What style of weddings do you specialize in?

Classic, elegant, and romantic celebrations — from large receptions to intimate micro weddings.
